How much does a typical home renovation cost?
Well, the cost of a home renovation really depends on what you're looking for and the materials and designs you choose. It's like a custom ride - the price varies based on what you want.
Do you offer a free consultation or quote?
Yes we do provide a free consultation and quote, however we do not provide quotation without a proper discussion!
What should I do if I run into any issues during the renovation process?
No worries! Just give our main contact person a shout, and if it's within our scope, we'll be more than happy to help you out and sort things out.
Do you have any pre-packaged deals for home renovations?
Nah, we're not about those cookie-cutter packages. We believe in tailoring every project to fit your unique vision and needs. We want your home to be as special as you are!
Are there any extra costs I should know about outside the initial quote?
There are a few things that usually don't make it into the quote but are good to keep in mind. Stuff like furniture, electrical work, lighting, aircon, curtains, sanitary fittings, and appliances. But don't worry, we've got some trusted vendors we can recommend if you need help with those.
Can you give me a detailed schedule for the project?
Once we're through the initial planning and have all the materials and colors sorted, we'll give you a rough schedule to keep things on track. It's not set in stone, but it gives us a good idea of when we aim to finish.
Can you break down the costs for different parts of the renovation?
Our quote does include a breakdown of costs, but we might group some things together to keep it simple and straightforward. We're all about making things easy for you!
How do I handle the payment process for the renovation project?
We like to keep things fair and square, so we follow the standard payment process set by CASETRUST. It's divided into five installments to make it manageable for you.
What are my options for financing the renovation project?
If you want to keep some cash flow for other things, you can consider a renovation loan to help finance your project. It gives you some flexibility and peace of mind.
Is there a minimum project size to work with Key Concept?
Nope, no size restrictions here! But just so you know, we're not able to take on small, one-off jobs like replacing a couple of doors, painting-only jobs, or just installing lights. We're all about bringing big transformations to life!
